Living to honor Christ, aiming to step out with the guidance of the Holy Spirit. He's given me a passion for the unreached rock climbing and traveling community. Today, let's take an adventure with God.

Only in His Way

This past spring, God encouraged me to lean onto Him in terms of immediate plans. Months later, here I am looking back Never imagining such a rich time. After spending four well nourished months with my family in SD, Jehovah Jirah gave me my next step. This is a testimony in itself, how the Lord literally plopped this job at a French restaurant into my lap without even asking for it.. What a testimony to His faithfulness. It a time when thousands are desperately searching for work, He slipped me right into a work environment where ministry with travelers was embraced. I was able to share with many of the restaurant guests my belief in Jesus, and Jesus's belief in them.

After three amazing weeks in Durango with family, work, and a bit of climbing ministry :) the next season began, and that's where I am now. It's already been one week in England. George and I were warmly welcomed into a friend's home just outside of London. And wow, how the Spirit fills this family! Prayer time here is passionate. Conversation is uplifting and noble- which is much needed in the religious pot-pourri found in the streets of London.
George and I met with two separate English brothers who both have a desire to open a hostel- ministering to the travelers and practicing their gifts through hospitality. I believe God wanted these tel to meet together due to the meeting circumstances. We had planed to meet T in Trafalgar Square. Out of a massive networking email sent out two weeks prior among the FaithTravel network, there was only one reply. J replied, who 'happens' to live in London. He recommended to meet not only on the same day as our scheduled meeting with T, but also to meet in Trafalgar Square, where we'd already be one hour later! Divine? Most likely. Awesome prayer, awesome people- God has plans to use them.
Now we are at New Wine Conference in Shepton Mallet with over 10000 people. God continues to lead this travel and His orchestration of the details is quite amazing. This faith travel will continue, and the traveling will be literred with stories and sweet as encounters of how God reveals His presence in EVERYDAY life.
